We normally send you the activation key within 24 hours on the business days, after receiving your key request and once your order has been verified.
Please disable spam filters for domain@webbiscuits.com. In any circumstance that you do not hear from us, it might be a mail server issues. Therefore, please contact us again (optionally, you may use your free email account such as Yahoo, Gmail, Aol, etc).
You can only submit the request ONCE. Always submit the final Modules Controller URL (Do not submit a temporary URL).
Once an activation key has been issued for an order tag, the Modules Controller URL (activation URL) for that license cannot be changed

NOTE : To find out the exact URL in order for us to generate the correct activation key, please login to your product
administration area. Click on admin > Installation. Copy and paste the Product Activation URL .

The unique ID generated by our system upon your successful purchase. Each item in your shopping cart will be tagged
so that our system will be able to identify which item has already been requested its activation key and which has not. Eg: 116987456
• Lost your Order Tag?

The email address that you used when making the online payment through shareit.com, Paypal, etc. We require
this information for verification purpose, and to avoid unauthorized delivery of activation key.
As your activation key(s) will be sent to this email address, please disable any spam filtering software for your mailbox.
