Non Refundable
Since Webbiscuits Software Ltd.Sti. is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds for any software purchased,
which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing articles in our website. Please make sure that you've
carefully read 'sources available' section.
We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be
not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
For any reason to avoid dissatisfaction with your order, we encourage you to download our Product Trial Version to
make sure that everything works well before you decide to purchase.
All the trial versions are exactly what you need to use, with full features but limited to 10 records.
We hope you can understand that we are unable to provide Product Refund because we are selling non-physical products
that you can return to us.

Per URL License
Our product activation key is issued according to a unique URL of where
the software is installed. Thus, for every suite bundle and single module purchased is applicable to one URL only.

For each URL above requires 6 licenses in total.
Once an activation key (or the activation keys for any Saving Bundles) of a license has been issued / provided to you,
(i) Activation URL of the license can not be changed.
(ii) The license is not allowed to be transfer to a new URL or domain name.

We fully understand that you may want to have major modification to our products, and
in need of our full source code.
Due to the following circumstances, we are sorry that we are unable to reveal all our source codes.
- Protection to our intellectual property and technology from our competitors
- Protection against illegal distributions of our products
- Protection against our product trial version control and activation
- Protection against our product ownership, copyright and business image
However, we do leave our front-end pages unencrypted for minor customizations or alter the front-end layout.
Also, if you need to further customize the products to meet your requirements, please
do not hesitate to contact our Technical Support and we will assist you the
best we can.
